These were not enemy combatbants either. There is no legal excuse for what the US has done and that Admiral and the ship need to be decommissioned and brought home to face charges. That won't happen with this illegitimate president so maybe the international courts will force it.

If there are any JAG officers left you better remind some of these commanders of the military code of justice, the Geneva Convention and rules of warfare. Not that we are at war. We are at petulant child throwing tantrums and missiles stage of this regime.

Yes orders came from the Admiral who knew they were illegal and passed them on regardless. I have no sympathy, he deserves the pavement. If we can't rely on the honesty of our service members then we have a rogue militia not a military with a code of justice.
