If you’ve never read it, I would highly recommend the book. It is both infinitely better and almost entirely unrelated to the movie beyond “there are zombies”.

Oh, I agree that they are a problem for her. What I don’t understand is why they’re a problem for Carney or why he’d be in incentivized to do anything to placate them.

Why does Carney need to spend even one second of thought on AB separatists arguments? They make up like 10% of the population here. They pose zero threat to Canadian unity.

It's definitely offbeat and took me awhile to fully get into it, but by the end of season 1 I was really digging it. And he gets some abuse, but mostly by circumstance, not the other characters.
