I think a really important part of the regression experience for a cubby is a good start. A transition from the adult mindset into the little mindset. My favorite is to start with a bubble bath.

My favorite part of a big, gradual regression arc is when they realize how much they've been frog-in-the-kettled.

When dealing with Littles, remember that there's a difference between "Still in Diapers" and "Back in diapers".
Still in diapers implies that they've always been a baby or needed padding. Back in diapers suggests some regression had been applied to make sure they're properly dressed.

Caretaker Tip: Some regular rituals can really help your Little separate grown-up responsibilities from time to relax and feel Small. At the end of a work week, make a point of confiscating big kid clothes and lay out some kiddo outfits for them to change into to get the weekend started right.

A frustrating part of having ADHD as a kinky person is i can't ever focus on a kink for very long. I haven't been in an abdl mood for over a month, so my social goes quiet. I feel like I'm letting all my little cubbies down.

I love this idea. Training my cubbie to associate baby babyhood and diapers with pleasure.
Being trained to crave diapers and baby hood by being locked in chastity and only getting edged with buzzies while:
- Being bottlefed in daddy's lap
- Restrained and being messily spoonfed babyfood in the highchair
- Tied up in your baby play mat and watching Barney

My one big ABDL pet peeve is this common idea that everything has to be justified as some kind of coping mechanism
If the kink is a coping mechanism for you, that rules, but it's also fine to wanna be reprogrammed into a diaper loading 5'11" toddler just because it's fucking hot and makes you cum
