Recently, Supreme Court of India passed a ruling which would enable Generic Drug manufacturers to manufacture a drug used for treating patients with SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) disease.

Occasionally, some medicines do come to market for treating a rare disease but with astronomical prices. I personally know people whose medicine costs almost as much as a small house in India for a single dose/month (usually they require the medicine life long).

some might need to open a file in Nextcloud in another app but it's not possible unless the Nextcloud app is disabled. How do you folks manage it?

It's more of a failure of other programming languages like Go, Rust which didn't develop simple ecosystem for the developers to build UI for their applications, even when their packaging and deployment is far superior to Python.
