Marcie, Venezuela's oil is sour & hard to refine. I suppose if there is a serious oil shortage there will b no choice but 2 use it. I pray that we can accelerate our electric car technology & keep oil underground as much as possible. The oil co. put an end to elect. cars in the 20's.. Criminal!
