I worked at Highwic 1986-96. Full time in the gardens for a few years. Planting sweet peas on trellises was a favourite. The west facing brick wall outside the kitchen window was a particularly successful spot!

The H&S minister will be looking to cut some imaginary red tape… and she is concerned about managing critical risks so it will be interesting to see how this critical risk blow up plays out
