And here you are saying you'd prefer they all die so long as you get to claim moral superiority. You are not moral, you're a ghoul.
November 21, 2025 at 2:57 PM
What a childish view of morality. "Me me me," "my my my." You don't actually care about anyone dyimg, you just want to win an argument and earn yourself some social currency with your peers. Over six times the number of brown people already dying in Gaza will die from the withdrawal of USAid alone
November 21, 2025 at 2:56 PM
And you decided you were fine with more people dying so long as you could claim you weren't culpable. We can do this circle all day.
November 21, 2025 at 2:48 PM
I voted for fewer people to die. You shrugged your shoulders and said "whatever."

Not voting isn't special. The majority of Americans eligible to vote in US elections don't vote. If not voting helped anybody we wouldn't be in this situation.
November 21, 2025 at 2:44 PM
Your "moral stance" accomplishes nothing but making it easier for the worst option to succeed. You have saved no lives. You have made no changes. You have helped no one. All you've done is given yourself an excuse to feel self-righteous about doing nothing.
November 21, 2025 at 2:40 PM
One of two people is winning the Presidency. The worst option or the less bad option. There is no "none of these" choice. Not making a choice does not prevent one of those two from happening. Your choices are mitigate harm or don't. The way in which you choose not to doesn't really matter.
November 21, 2025 at 2:38 PM
And voting for no one does nothing to make that a reality.

*Working Families Party
November 21, 2025 at 2:36 PM
Sure. And you should fight for that. The Working People's party is following the road map to overtake and replace the Democratic party. But once you're at the ballot, you have only two options. Mitigate harm, or don't.
November 21, 2025 at 2:35 PM
"Barely a little less bad" is still less bad. Let's say, and I don't believe this is the case, but let's say if Harris got into office Gaza would be in exactly the same state as it is today. That's awful. But also, 600,000+ people wouldn't be dying from the withdrawal of USAid.
November 21, 2025 at 2:33 PM
But voting is still the bare minimum. The goal is to walk into the voting booth, stop things from crashing down, then walk outside and get to lifting things up. Voting without activism is stagnation at best. But activism without voting is just making attaining better things more difficult.
November 21, 2025 at 2:30 PM
Like allow me to be perfectly clear: If all you do is vote the best case scenario is that you're contributing to the world getting a little less bad. Most of the time you're just preventing it from getting as bad as possible.
November 21, 2025 at 2:29 PM
Because no harm wasn't on the ballot. You don't change the world in a voting booth, you change the world on the street. The voting booth is about picking how much damage you have to address when you're out there doing real work.
November 21, 2025 at 2:06 PM
We gonna start pulling cards? Because, as a black man, I understand the morality of voting for harm reduction because that has been my only option my whole life. My mom's only option her whole life. And her parents' only option for the part of their lives where they wouldn't be lynched for voting.
November 21, 2025 at 1:46 PM
Morally all you're doing is providing less resistance for the worst option. And if you encourage other people to do the same, you're actively helping the worst option get into office. It's a zero sum game. There are no sidelines. It's the height of privilege to say doing nothing is the moral choice.
November 21, 2025 at 1:40 PM
Reality doesn't care about should or shouldn't. The reality is that there are only two names on the ticket that can win the presidency. You get to decide whether to choose the one that will cause the least harm or throw your hands up and say whatever. There is no "none of these" box.
November 21, 2025 at 1:33 PM
It's not. You've made no practical declaration that one is less preferable than the other. You've shown an equal amount of support for both options (zero is = zero). When presented with "harm these people" or "harm these people and harm these other people" you weren't compelled to prevent any harm.
November 21, 2025 at 1:25 PM
Not voting is merely saying you're equally fine with either result.
November 21, 2025 at 1:16 PM
"Shit that might get us killed, but if it doesn't..."
November 1, 2025 at 12:28 AM
Congratulations

I appreciate it, but unless something falls through It's already been picked up
September 17, 2025 at 12:02 AM
Sadly. I wish I had the funds to go with everyone who was interested.
September 17, 2025 at 12:00 AM
Fixed the problem. Though, as I noted with others, I don't have the liquidity to take on all volunteers, so unless the current one falls through that's who I'm going with. I honestly didn't expect this much interest.
