So I bought this pretty green fabric with copper threads today.
My initial idea was to sew a skirt with the copper thread running vertically.
But actually the grain of the green fabric would be horizontally... and I'm not sure if that would be bad for the way the fabric will fall.

Nice saturday in my hometown with extended family.
Only downside: In the evening everything outside smelled like woodfires from people burning leaves in their garden.
And now I'm on the train with an upcoming migraine stinking as if I spent the day among smokers x_X

In better news, while uselessly waiting for info on the dinner location I at least had the chance to drop by an Asia market and found a decent black pepper sauce. Not quite the same as the McDonalds one, but with that nice pepper-flavor.

Honestly though, it you're ever in the area and might even think about making your way up to Obersteinberg Hotel (where you supposedly can ask to see a copy of Tolkiens signature in their guestbook) - make sure you're fit enough for the hike with loads of uneven, kneehigh steps and slippery stones.
