And yes, I recognize how amazingly lucky I have been both in terms of where I've gotten to travel and the animals I've seen. Heck, I didn't even get to mention the random Manta Ray encounter we had in Hawaii!

Well, that's exactly what I'm saying. There was virtually no art of firbolgs, because nobody cared. And plenty of the art still renders them much as they looked, including art of Pumat Sol from the campaign.

Firbolgs were super generic, so I'm glad they've been guided to be a bit more visually interesting. I remember reading an article about how they were the least played race in Dungeons & Dragons once upon a Time. Then when we got them in Critical Role, their popularity skyrocketed.

Looks like a very good thing. Worth the wait.
