This is a fantastic series and should be part of every school's curriculum. We watched it with my son up through to the end of WWII & all learned a lot. The scale of this production was really ahead of its time.

Oil tank is gone, furnace is gone, massive new hot water heater is operational. Onwards to a new furnace!

In the meantime we have various little electric heaters scattered through the house to keep things warm. Thank god for our fireplace.
