Regarding halted US intelligence: how much of this can be plugged by Europe and how much is only available to the US?
I saw somewhere that Himars data was being restricted, which implies that Ukraine cannot fire them independently. Does that mean Himars is essentially offline now?

Now US & Shcolz are out, we need a European commitment to Ukraine winning. We also need a strategy & to commit the necessary resources. We need wartime production of certain arms, like artillery, IFVs, tanks, & missiles.
We need the EU to create & operate enablers, like satellite intel & ISR.
