JetBlue. We had to rent a car in West Palm to drive 2 hours to Miami to pick up our actual rental car. I spoke to JetBlue yesterday & they could not confirm if I’d be refunded for the flight, even though they didn’t get me to my destination. It was a full A320 of folks left to fend for themselves.

I was on a flight to Miami two days ago. We had to divert to West Palm Beach. They told us we just needed fuel. Then they decided to let us off. After a while we re-boarded. Then we held more. Then they terminated our flight and left us in West Palm to find our own way to Miami at our own expense.
