![A souffle is a transient high-volume state produced by thermal gradients,

That maps surprisingly well onto ESM’s collapse definition:

This Reuters sourced image is very interesting. Note the lack of Name, Rank, and Unit patches. This is highly unusual, and a violation of uniform regulations (AR 670-1 and state-specific supplements)
