I woke up missing my mountain.
I pray this new job that I start on Monday actually works out so I can take my kiddos to see Tahoma next year. It was meant to have been this year, but we all know what happened this year.

So no additional cheese, just the sus sachet? I’d look at the ingredients for it to make sure your béchamel doesn’t get pasty from additional thickeners.

If only I had anything resembling a budget. I’d love a Windsor & a larger wok.
Fun fact: I used to work at Annex Cookery on Walnut St and we’d also host the sale. Our boss would gift us each one piece and we just had to purchase the lids.
