It's an Asian-styled, gel/mousse -like dye. My white hair is poking out so I have to dye it dark dark brown.

I am still waiting for BO6 to finish loading after the first cinematic has sprung. I don't even know if the game hangs or it's doing shader now, waiting like an idiot.
