Wrapping up an audit on "Domain 1." If it clicks, I step in as Director of SEO—overseeing these sites plus 2,300 more.

I would get to architect the revamping of the entire system for maximum SEO / AI value.

Loved my years as a consultant, but ready for my 4th run as a director at a great agency.

Not sure, but these two posts seem related. Coincidence?

I may or may not have been approved to speak at an upcoming industry conference.

They have 24 hours to retract their confirmation, in case they get speaker-selection remorse.

oooh Google had to slow down server requests to set aside more power to keep the swimming pools cool as the summer heats up.

𝗲𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

This one was a train-wreck

• Conflicting signals
• Horrific architecture
• Crawl conflicts
• Duplicate content
• Near-duplicate content
• Perceived duplicate content

Work is moving along & this ship slowly turns back in the right direction.

Client to their dev:
"We have 2 million "excluded by noindex" URLS. This is unacceptable.

PJM overseeing daily work:
"That's not a concern. Here's why."

Me, the auditor:
"LOL look at this other site I oversee. A site that is thriving. Client needs to breathe & trust the process."...

Just me & my grandpa, hangin out in the late 70s.

My grandparents had the obligatory plastic on all the living room furniture (not seen). The couch, chairs, lamp shades, and carpet.

The QUART Effect: Follow-Up Findings

How sites that commit to my QUART framework not only ride the AI wave, they thrive. But they must commit fully to the work.

For those people who say using AI to help write your content is wrong, I would suggest there are use cases that are absolutely valid.

For example, people whose first language is not English. Just sayin.

NOTE: WAVE is not a complete accessibility testing tool. It's barely a baseline.

Yet can help catch issues early on.

New site about to launch. Need to make some improvements.

I’ve got availability for SEO audits in the next couple of weeks.

Normally, my audits start at $5,000, but I’m opening up a few slots at $3,500 for those ready to take action now.

If you’ve been putting off a deep dive into your site’s visibility, technical health, or AI resilience, let’s talk.

This chart is misleading.

It only shows the big sites, not what matters for most SMB businesses.

Most can’t compete for mentions on Reddit or YouTube.

Local, regional, & niche-relevant visibility is far more useful & realistic for most brands.

My clients win because of this strategy.
