We've almost completed our new Wood Shed project. Fully functional at this point, we'll eventually add some cosmetic upgrades to make it look more like the rest of our board and batten buildings and home. Our AMISH friends did all of the initial framing and roofing.

This is some of the furniture Val has built for our home. It was actually the first of many projects she's completed as we needed a nice bed to sleep in after a long hard day of building a house around it. In this photo, we've not yet completed the shiplap wooden walls yet.

Dad as a young 2nd Lt. with his Air Corp wings. Flew the Hump and then commanded an AA battery along the Ledo Road where he shot down Japanese twin engine Betty Bombers trying to take out bridges he was protecting. He and his fellow soldiers would not recognize the country they fought for today.
