Looking for an outlet for thoughts and discussions which isn’t a cesspit 😊
I see there's a big brouhaha about James Bond continuity again. Thought that all got sorted out back in 1969.

I miss the days when crass commercial tie-in deals at least made sense.

No part of me thought that it was too late, tbh. It’s not a hand-stitched sofa.

"You've either got patience or Prime."

So my choices are the ability to deal with the pressures and demands of the world with proportionate calmness, or the potential to further the death-march of rampant, aimless consumerism?

How soon can you deliver me that patience?

Celebrate a what of what?! Jeez, that clock isn’t slowing down, is it?

You honestly don’t have to twist Trump’s words in any way to make him sound like he supports a fascist approach to government. He posted this today. Money for ‘patriots’. Punishment for the rest. Just report what he says.

Nothing shatters your attempts to convince yourself that a TV show still counts as ‘recent’ (Arrested Development in this case) than a character using a laptop. Big ol’ ports!

‘Rory contacted us with legitimate concerns about the provably disproportionate platforming of an entity hell-bent on corrupting the corporation to their ends, while, in contrast, Phil phoned in to say he loves Match Of The Day now that Marxist traitor Gary Lineker isn’t on it any more.’

I know this shouldn’t be my main takeaway from the Remembrance silence at Airdrie, but how hard is it to put an armband on the right way?

The Outer Worlds 2 has now informed me that I have unlocked my very own spider pet that will live on my spaceship.

I really don’t like using or seeing ‘Divorced Dad’ as a punchline or insult. There are so many good reasons why divorces happen, and millions of dads who don’t turn twisted or bitter. Wonderful people who don’t deserve to be slurred.

Having said that, the energy this Rangers banner gives off…

Though BBC Political Reporter Becky Morton has the REAL David Lammy scoop. A regular man in the street would have got six months in jail for poppy non-compliance.

Ran out of time and steam to chase this a couple of months ago. Would love to know how many packages a year Evri just marks down as 'damaged beyond repair.'

(Don't reply to this, spambots. Not in the mood.)

‘And William Smith, a non-Algerian, which we guess is also bad.’

I said that this sculpture in the Gorbals looked like something out of the Switch Zelda games, and my partner called me a geek. Which was fair. But I stand by it.

Meet the new NFL analysis. Same as the old NFL analysis.

I giggled like a toddler when a character in The Outer Worlds 2 called themselves a "scientician".

I am a thirsty Biscoff badger, but I don’t think an advent calendar should be coming in at ‘notable gift to myself’ money. Especially when only half of it’s got Biscoff in it.

Haven’t caught 5Action’s NFL coverage for a few weeks, and nice to see that they’ve upgraded the big desk, which I liked, and the cuck chair, which I didn’t, into an even bigger desk. Now we’re really cooking!

Really not sure about the Screwfix adverts with Mo Farah handling mysterious brown packages. Wonder if they considered Bradley Wiggins.
