Ah. Enjoy the journey. I use both in these recent paintings. The background 'fields' are brushed acrylics and all the 'movement' strokes are knifed oils. Prussian blue is a wonderful colour, very strong, so I use it sparingly and infrequently... and only as oil paint.

Thanks again and I hope you enjoy your search for 'black'. The one in these paintings is called 'Musou Black paint' and comes from 'the Black Market Company' in Japan. It was bought for me as a present so I don't know where's you'd find it, sorry.

Thanks Jerry. Don't worry about language... what you say sums things up more than adequately! Red and black indeed... and the black is matt... apparently said to be the blackest black [acrylic paint] available! Oh and thanks for re-posting. Much appreciated. :-)
