possibly, but also now the dems can drag out the budget negotiations to hurt rural districts more, which will force republicans to accept more of their stipulations

possibly this helps budget negotiations because it takes away the Republicans leverage of using SEPTA as a ticking timebomb, so that the Dems can get a better budget done eventually

I'm in DC for the weekend and we're having a small last minute meetup/hangout at the Dew Drop Inn, Tomorrow (Monday) at 6pm!

The bar is also next to the CSX mainline and the metro so it's definitely entertaining
