Here is the clip where Vitale says victims will be trained on how to do their own de-escalation and solve their own encounters with domestic violence at a community violence center. It seems to be his perspective is the primary burden is on the victim to do it themselves.

Specifically, the victim did everything right but the judge didn’t believe her that he was dangerous even when he already harmed her. He had already twice been jailed for violence but kept getting let back out.

In my state you can do this and still get bail. It’s set at half a million dollars. But in theory, he could be out on bail. Why should that be legal?
