Congrats to my undergraduate RA, Zihan Tang, for presenting work at the University of Toronto's
Research Opportunities Program poster fair. 🎉 His poster showcased two adult studies showing that the end of history illusion transcends self-perception and extends across generational time. ⏰

We find that people think their values & personalities are distinct from their parents (accepting past generational change), yet similar to their children (resisting future generational change). Next, we hope to explore the mechanisms behind the asymmetrical perceptions of change! 3/3🧵
