sorry to some folks, but if we want games to be viewed as consequential art and not products - eventually game development at large is going to have to move past the realm of linkedin, forbes 30 under 30, how to market your game, professional business conference stuff and into something else.

The HORSES situation is crazy. I remember seeing this game at the GDC 2023 Day of the Devs Showcase, where HORSES held a packed theatre of game devs totally absorbed. It is such a strange, funny, singular, creepy, special project. To learn that Steam has banned it with no stated reason is nuts.
Our upcoming game HORSES was preemptively banned from Steam, with no path to appeal. The game will still launch next week on December 2nd and will be available on EGS, GOG, Humble, and Itch for $4.99. Here is a detailed FAQ covering what happened: horses.wtf/BannedFromSt...

More work from my backlog, and a personal favorite bc this was my first ever attempt at any sort of character design. The intended platform for this render was IG, which lets you pair stuff with music, so since cant do that here imagine Health is playing lol
