turns out that was mostly useless as the CLI still requires configuration to know where the shell is

and then it just runs `qs -c ~/.config/DMS ipc` for me 💔

so because the dankmaterialshell flake straight does not work™, I decided to just add the DMS CLI to my flake as-is :neocat_woozy:
