literally couldn’t go to my friends hens night bc dinner was going to be at a super busy bar and then at a club in the city and I knew if I did that I would just shut down from not being able to accomodate for my sensory needs

happens in depression and as a response to trauma due to a sense of helplessness which really checks out

seems more like political catatonia tbh the way nobody is reacting or responding to anything that’s happening
