Mom called me yesterday to let me know that our dog also had to be put to sleep…man…it feels like everything is kinda crumbling atm 😮‍💨 trying to keep my head “above water” but not gonna lie I wish I could curl in bed and cry for a good day or two, but life doesn’t stop for us to heal I guess

The last month have me questioning my entire life, not sure if this is a side effect of grief, but I’m feeling extremely unhappy and not the “I’m sad crying” thing, instead is the “I’m calm numb and dissociating” style of unhappiness 🙃
