Here in Fairbanks we do indeed have a rally and a chili feed planned! I’m bringing 4 gallons of chili myself, so you should come and help eat some of it. I’ve already got the beans and dried chilies soaking!

Event flyer for: Soup for my Family at Veterans Memorial Park 12-2pm Sat, April 19 Join the hot dog crew (from April 5th!) at noon (on the next National Day of Protest) for: Soup! For your family! But also drumming, dancing, arts & crafts and most of all: Building community! You can eat tasty soup, check & update your voter registration, paint a protest sign or a pretty picture (why not both?), or just hang out & celebrate spring together. We recommend B.Y.O. chair, mug & spoon! We will be collecting $$$ & food donations for Bread Line, Inc. (Also, a very cool picture of a can of soup labeled “Antifascist SOUP For My FAMILY” in the style of a Campbell’s Soup can)
