I don't understand why they don't just explore different categories for sport. There are plenty where you have additional categories such as 'weight'. Purely ideological.

MC tends to support education & leans towards professions with traditional status - doctor, lawyer etc. Could go to state or private school, but aiming for a good uni. Sense of aspiration & a certain type conservative ambition. Genteel quality.

Scouts groups aren’t gender specific anymore are they? There’s certainly a girl in my nephew’s Beavers group.

I spent all of 6 months working a fraud desk about 12 years ago. The people who commit these crimes are burnt into my brain as some of humanity’s biggest scumbags. Most fraud is opportunistic but this is NASTY. They really have to work at getting into people’s heads & lives. Deeply cruel.

Sadly quite a common phenomena as suicide is notoriously difficult to predict, often even by the person struggling.

Doing prevention work it’s been weird to get my head round that, but I hope it helps some people, knowing that even specialists can’t always see it.
