Comptroller Lander has made the public commitment to end new investments via PE in oil and gas; we expect the policy formalizing this stance to be set into place in the coming months!

grassroots & community orgs used grassroots pressure tactics & direct action to push NYC Comptroller to end new investments in fossil fuels via private equity.... which means 100s of millions of $ (at least) in investment in fossil fuels will be averted!
