Started Week 7 of the #Couch25k programme ahead of the #Manchester10k today and my head was not in the right place to run.
Couldn’t get my usual treadmill, which automatically threw me off.
The one I got on started to glitch, and the second felt like it was gonna fall apart…
Fuming with myself.
