Did you know that the four major Alolan islands are all named after colors in the Hawaiian language? Not only that, but each island is based on a Hawaiian island, and named after that island's official color.

Those colors also match the nectar and Oricorio forms found on those islands!

I really miss seeing people at cons, and judging at regionals. Every time I see people there without me, my heart breaks a little.

But it seems like those times are behind me, as short as they were. I should just figure out how to stop wanting to go anywhere.

So, yes, that's a challenge coin. They're often given out by military leaders as a way to recognize excellence without going through red tape. Sometimes they also commemorate a special event.

They're also used for a traditional drinking game!

That stinks. Seeing similar posts on Reddit, I realized that I originally got into Magic specifically because it was a unique, separate IP. There were plenty of other TCGs that were tie-ins (my first was a Star Wars one), and I could play those if I was a fan of those IPs.
