There are some interesting historical parallels between Cleveland and Trump, most notably that so far they are the only two presidents to serve non-consecutive terms. However, Cleveland was also honest (including admitting to fathering an illegitimate child) and a staunch anti-imperialist.

I also discovered a few years ago that if you add too much flour to the gravy and run out of drippings/broth to thin it back out, apple cider actually works great for this purpose. That was a fun moment of panic, though, worrying I’d ruined the gravy and Thanksgiving along with it. 😂

Year-round school isn’t a bad idea, though it’s less about childcare and more about preventing learning loss over summer breaks. A longer school day would be a nightmare for younger kids.

NV-Gov definitely has flip potential with a good candidate, though idk who’s running. At the Congressional level, it’s tough. The 3 Dems representing the Vegas area should be fine but the one GOP seat is northern Nevada and Trump won it by 14. In a big enough wave, it’s possible, though!
