I am absolutely fascinated by Singapore and its pragmatic and engineered approach to learning internationally.

Even better. I have noticed that my stress/pulse is lower when I am working as a GP than in my other role...this has been a steady pattern over several years. I think it might be that I am deliberately calmer and focused with patients.

How were you recording? Were you speaking?

Yes indeed! What a coincidence! Traffic was awful and I didn't get PA back to York street! Barely got half a mile from Kainos in 45 mins!

I haven't played with it for a while. Have not tried for anything as sophisticated as lit rev

Have you tried notebook LM?

It takes much longer in research mode but pretty accurate (for most!)

My favourite model used to be CGPT o3. I set Gemini/Claude/CGPT in research mode the task of finding out if Charlotte Blease had ever cited AM Mol. Even in deep research CGPT got the answer completely wrong. Claude and Gemini were correct and have a good explanation of why not. She hasn't.

Holding a passport isn't relevant. Everyone born on the island of Ireland, or to a parent born on the island of Ireland, before 2005 is an Irish citizen automatically.

Well yes, it would be fine by you :-) But how would it be with them.... Activity based can always bring perverse incentives. I see that Victoria in Australia struggling with caps. Also will be interesting to see how capitation for YCP is done.

Craig - what do you think of Year of Care Payments and moving UEC away from block grants to activity. Very few seem to mention it.
