Hazelthorn

#BOTM & Aardvark entice me to read genres that I haven't before. I've never been into body horror, but the premise of Hazelthorn looked intriguing enough. The plot was interesting and captivating, but I think body horror is still not really my thing.

Same!!! The book was okay, but she was not the most likable character for me. For that reason, I've been putting off Never Flinch.

This game is such a gem.

I remember recommending a book, and they like the recommendation but said something along the lines of hoping it's a happy ending. I immediately thought, "oh, OOPS!" Thank goodness this is a game and not a real customer.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I couldn't put it down once I started, and the suspense was maintained throughout the book. Also, the ending was satisfying for me. 😁
