Bring back ward Matrons and employ a "maintenance man" who can change light bulbs, refill soap dispensers, and do general jobs around the hospital without not hiring a private sub contractor with middle men to pay and invoicing for extortionate call out charges for every job.

In Spain we had ID cards & they were shown along with a bank card for purchases, police checks driving etc, no problem. Digital is a whole different ball game. Data breach!!! Corruption, access/control of our finances, health, travel, etc. How much could government limit freedom using these cards?
