Assata Shakur's story reminds us that incarcerated pregnant people are still shackled & denied care.

#ReproductiveJustice means:
- No shackling & coercion
- No punishment for abortion, miscarriage, or birth
- The right to parent, or not, in safety and dignity

#HonorAssata #StopPolicingPregnancy

The left side reads: "'Isn't there something you can give me to keep me from having a miscarriage?'-Assata Shakur". The right side reads: "'my advice is to have an abortion...It would be best for everybody concerned...no matter which way you have it.' -Prison doctor" Photo of a young Assata smiling with her child daughter. The fight remains today for incarcerated people to access reproductive safety, birthing care, and abortions.

GEORGIANS DON'T WANT THE GOVERNMENT POLICING PREGNANCY!

Abortion bans mean criminalization. This also means any pregnancy outcome outside of a full-term healthy birth can be investigated. Including miscarriage.

WE TRUST PREGNANT GEORGIANS TO MAKE THE BEST DECISIONS FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR FAMILIES.

We polled in six metro areas in Georgia to represent the diversity of communities across Georgia, NOT just Atlanta.

These results show that politicians should NOT interfere in healthcare decisions.
