So much work, should have used a ladder instead.

We had a problem where we'd get 'jitter' as the lift pushed the player upwards (not too bad on the descent). It ended up being a flaw in how the physics was being calculated every frame. It was such a bad experience, I ended up reworking the entire level so it would move around the player.

Yeah agreed! It defo saved me a ton of time, was really great to have some mechanics and functionality setup too.
