Also vendors don't sell HQ Echo Drops. You have to market board them or craft them yourself.

HQ Echo Drops have a lower cool down by a not insignificant amount.

They aren't a high difficulty craft or particularly hard to get the ingredients for.

But you should be using HQ ones when possible. And if you're going solo, you NEED them to be HQ.
