I keep seeing comments from people adapting romance novels or starring in the adaptations and saying that the ending of these shows (there's more than a few I've seen) should have the MC end up alone and 'find herself' and I'm like, THEN WHY ARE YOU ADAPTING A ROMANCE IF YOU HATE ROMANCE?!?!?!

The real problem we Filipino authors face is this, the persistent narrative that our books are rare, and have to periodically be discovered by knights in shining armor.

The reality is that we've been here for over a decade, but some people never buy/read us (until they rebrand as our champions).

Got my results and everything is good! 🥳 My FT4 is below range for the first time ever but at least it’s not high? Ice cream to celebrate! 🎉

Finally went out to do my blood test today. I was supposed to do it last month but I was busy (imy Hobi!). 😅

Anyway TIL that lipid profile tests need 10-12hrs of fasting while the blood sugar test only need 8-10. I always do a minimum of 10hrs. 😅

I finally have access to publish stuff to our regional websites at work and of course I ran into an issue with Kentico immediately. 😤 It turns out I was setting the expire date of the page so it gets published then it gets unpublished automatically. Oops. 😅
