If you're the Blue Jays, you'd prefer to play the Tigers than the Mariners in the American League Championship Series. The Mariners Lineup is a little more scarier than the Tigers Lineup and it's historically easier for the Blue Jays to win at Comerica Park than it has been to win at T-Mobile Park.

The Toronto Blue Jays will host Game 1 of the American League Championship Series on Sunday Night at Rogers Centre in Toronto against either the Seattle Mariners or Detroit Tigers. It's a guarantee that the Blue Jays will host a team that is close to the border for their fans to travel.

Dear @hockey-reference.com, please correct the date of the Season Opening Game from the 1992-93 Season between the Washington Capitals and Toronto Maple Leafs. It was played on October 6th that year instead of October 7th.

Barring a Blue Jays comeback tonight, tomorrow night will mark the 1st time ever that the Toronto Maple Leafs will play a Season Opener on the same night as a Toronto Blue Jays Playoff Game. Game 4 of the American League Division Series between the Jays and Yankees starts at same time as Leafs-Habs.

Looks like the Yankees will be the favourites to win Game 4 tomorrow night against the Blue Jays. The Blue Jays Bats will need to get going early against Cam Schlittler. The Blue Jays Bullpen can't lay an egg tomorrow night if a Game 4 needs to be played in the Bronx. You want to wrap it up in NYC.

If there's a Game 4, you can't have Anthony Santander playing in the outfield. No one wants to see him make Manny Ramirez look like Jim Edmonds out in Right Field or Left Field on Wednesday Night if there's a Game 4 which will see Cam Schlittler start for the Yankees with the Blue Jays Bullpenning.
