I don’t think non-wage income needs to be taxed at higher than than wages. Just make all forms of income taxable at the same rates and eliminate any incentive to try and game the system.
And then add on a wealth tax.

He was excellent on offense. But his defense was the reason they mainly played zone while he was on the court; on the few occasions Udoka tried M2M, Castle easily blew by him. And then he screwed up the zone twice.
Even after having slept on it, I'm not in a mood to forgive anything from that game.😀

Single-game plus minus does not mean much. Udoka couldn’t play man defense with him on the court.

Their best player on offense but he gave plenty of that back on defense. Can’t separate the two aspects.
