Finished! I've been working on these 5 Dark Angels intercessors for six months. Finally done! The scheme is based on an army featured in white dwarf in the 90s with flamey red offsetting the green. #nerdlings #warhammercommunity

Finished! I've painted a librarian for my Dark Angels army. They are in a volcanic landscape so I figured he'd have lava coloured camo. Actually, realistically it would be black but that wouldn't look as pretty. This is one of my favourite ever models! #nerdlings #Warhammercommunity

This weekend I put up two shelves and display cabinets of minatures in my hobby room. I am not a DIY person, I had a go, it was a painful experience. I think I'm future I will revert to my usual plan of paying someone to do this stuff. They came out okay though. #nerdlings #Warhammercommunity

I took some fancy photos of Arjac.

Back in 5th edition I had a whole army built around him, but I didn't have a model for him and I never finished painting a single Space Wolf. 😂 So it's awesome to not only have a proper Arjac but to have actually painted a model too.

I mean.. how thick is semi-skinned milk anyway. They keep telling me to get the consistency of semi-skimmed milk. No idea, isn't it basically water?? I am not a milk drinker..

I think you are correct but it is a good introduction to the principals that underpin most paint styles of making lighter where the light strikes. It's easy to forget but this isn't necessarily intuitive. My brother for instance questioned why I do it as there is actual light shining on the mini.
