You’re allowed your frustrations and hard times without feeling that you need to compare or make your own struggles seem small.

They're working so hard to defend someone they don't even know, I can't help but feel like they've either done or experienced something similar that they don't want to categorise as SA. Either that or they are /very/ young and don't grasp any of it

The whole thing screams 'emotional immaturity'

I thought I was "lazy" for so long, wanting to work on stuff but not being able to 😅
the meds help a ton w lowering that barrier, also creatively! It doesn't magically fix everything but it gives me the boost to get over that initial hurdle and stay on track on the days that I choose to take it 💪

I pick up tasks way easier and get into that nice hyperfocus mode where I can work for hours on end, in a flow.

HOWEVER, the meds are indiscriminate so sometimes I get to hyperfocus on something completely useless 😂 just make sure you start working on what you want to do BEFORE the meds kick in 🤭

I recently got an ADHD diagnosis on top of my 'tism and the main reason was bc I wanted to try meds, since task initiation can be difficult and I have trouble staying 'in the zone'

I only use it on days when I need a little booster seat for doing stuff, like drawing, and I love having that option!
