Hot take. I don't like freebies in orders unless I can opt in. No I don't need a sticker with your brand logo. No I don't want the random pair of earrings you can't get to sell with the ones I paid for. I don't enjoy having to find homes for these objects I never consented to receive.

Also still doing scary hours. Allows me to not criticize myself for not yet getting to tasks that will take more time. It's not scary hour, so not time to worry.

Been thinking on mental load and open loops.

Personally I have been limiting my to read/ to listen to lists, trying to finish things quickly and do things right as I notice they need done.

Physical and digital noise reduction has helped me feel less overwhelmed/ busy.

If only my parents had encouraged me weaving over sports I disliked in high school. 1/100 of the money they spent on horses could have gotten me in a class like this four shaft loom one I am taking.

I'm not sure I know anyone who doesn't have at least one parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle who is cruel, abusive, unsafe. Honestly most people I know have no people in those roles that are safe.

Literally nothing I post gets more people to message me than my posts about difficulties with parents. It's deeply depressing how common it is for people to have bad relationships with their parents and for their parents to have no interest in doing anything about it.

Well it started with me as the worm and that conversation did not go how I wanted, so then I talked about how I would care for him if he was a worm and carry him around in a jar. And well that ended with worm him leaving me for a worm wife.
