Logan hoped the side had meat in it. He enjoyed that a lot.

While she cooked he played with the kitties and listened to her moving around in the kitchen.
It was a sound he didn't mind as much as he thought he would.

Logan didn't say that he liked Ana a lot, either. He left that part unsaid.
Instead, he took a feathery twitchy toy and occupied the kittens so Ana could focus on cooking.

"It was a variant of Sabretooth."

Logan replied grumpily.

"I named 'em after foods I like."

Logan grinned.

"They like you a lot, Ana."

Logan knocked on Luna's door firmly.

"Luna?"

"Yep. Found 'em in a box in Central Park. Someone had just left 'em there."

Logan was eager to try whatever Ana was going to make. He wasn't particularly a picky eater.

"I named them too. Molasses I got right here. I can tell 'em apart by scent."

She should be prepared to see him with a cloth covering his eyes.
