Regarding ALA 21 Artist Alley Reg:

When artist alley goes live, we expect spots to fill up fast!!! Please consider the following:

- When you start filling out the form, the system will count you as a potential person and "hold your spot" while you fill out your info.

- Once all those "spots" are held, the form will read as closed to anyone trying to open a new registration while everyone else is filling out their current registrations. *If* any potential artists cancel, quit, do not complete the registration process, or get timed out, that "held spot" will get released back to the pool of available tables.

- In the event that the registration page does not process your payment, please do not attempt to resubmit payments for ANY REASON, or you may incur multiple charges. We cannot stop this from happening and can only fix it after the fact.

- If you get an email stating that your payment failed but you still got a confirmation code, your table space should be secured. In the event this issue happens, please ping me or DM me. We will assist as best we can within a timely manner. Some issues may need to be resolved on Monday the 15th.
