PTA has a resolution against censoring books. I’ve used it to testify against book banning bills and for bills that protect against censorship in my state.

I’m NOT saying my demographic isn’t often problematic. Just that PTA as an org is great. PTOs on the other hand. .

2018-2021, we were taught stare decisis was key. My legal writing Prof. actually used O’Connors opinion in Planned Parenthood v. Casey to bring the point home.

It wasn't until a few years later when it stopped working during 3L's adventure into the zoom school of law with a kid also remote learning that I was Dx with ADHD. I was 40!

I thought everyone relied on the procrastination, anxiety, hyperfocus cycle to get things done.

Me: Because it's STRESSFUL and exhausting.

Therapist: But you always pull it off in the end successfully. 🤷‍♀️
