The old 'black dog' is loud today, the rain doesn't help and there's far too many people wanting me to do/buy/see things. My head feels too small for everything that's bombarding it and I need a break, going to crawl into bed with a hot water bottle and a book and just shut it all out for a while.

OH just asked me why I'm invested in US politics and what happens over there, it's not like I'm American or anything. Dude all my best people live over there, caught in the middle of a shit storm, of course I'm going to worry about what's happening to them.

So it turns out that there is only one suspect in the train stabbing tragedy, we still don't have any sort of motive but I'm guessing it won't stop any of the 'immigration' theories that are being espoused on social media. I can't think of a quicker way to make a bad situation worse frankly.

I think most of us can imagine what Tolkien would say (and do) about this! Not that they'd understand him as he had an excellent command of both written and spoken English and I'm not convinced half of them can read never mind comprehend.
