Re-acclimating to work took a lot out of me this month, but my physical condition and energy level is finally returning to where it was before the injury.
Also these boots were a bitch to make (remesh sucked so I had to retopo), but this might be the best high poly job I've done yet.

I have some options to try to pressure my employer into acknowledging the medical accommodations my doctor requested they make that still haven't been addressed. Other than that, and experimenting with different recovery/exercise routines, it's going to be a rough time for a bit.

My anxiety and frustration is also through the roof because I *need* to find some way to fit lots of time into my schedule for side work. Right now I can barely get myself to do R&D projects during weekdays because I'm spending hours every day recovering from work.

Starting to feel like the back problems I had last semester working this dish room are creeping up on me again -_- It's been two weeks of full capacity work and I'm having the same issues that put me on disability in May. Persistent pain, sore neck and traps, trouble sleeping.

Took a shot at a modifier stack > remesh workflow this weekend on Shani's work boots. It's a bit high poly for game ready output (25k 😬), but definitely seems to be a good workflow for lower cost retopo options when I figure out how I want to run my clothing commissions.
