JUST IN: The #NM Supreme Court is pushing back the date of the trial to remove McKinley Co District Attorney Bernadine Martin. Martin made the request in a court filing late last week. Today, the Court GRANTED her 'motion to continue trial.'

A SEVENTH law enforcement officer admits he took bribes to get #DWI cases dismissed. LUCAS PEREZ pled guilty to a federal conspiracy charge today.
